All feedback related to a goal is collected in the goal card. The feedback tab provides a chronological overview of all received feedback on that goal. Narrative feedback from progress reviews are automatically added to the overview. Feedback that is provided on evidence or collection level can also be shown in the 'feedback' overview of a goal. Feedback (either solicited or unsolicited, on evidence or collection level) is added to the feedback overview in the same manner by the portfolio owner.
- As portfolio owner, go to the comment screen where the feedback is located
- Click the 3 dots next to a comment, select 'Link to goal(s)'
- Select the goal(s) that are relevant. If you want different sections to be added to different goals, read the note below.
- Create a selection of the feedback which you want to highlight.
- Click the highligher icon to highlight the selection.
- Write a note if desired.
- Click 'save'.
- Your feedback (including highlight) has now been added to the relevant goals and will show up in the feedback tab of the goal modal.
- Furthermore, a little icon will show up underneath the feedback to indicate which goals it is linked to.
Note: If you want different sections of the feedback to be added to different goals, you repeat the process, each time selecting 1 goal and selecting only the text that is relevant for the first goal. The next time, highlight the section that is relevant for the second goal.
