View results of a progress review
On the 'Progress' tab, you will find a section 'Progress reviews'. Underneath, you will find a button 'View all results'. This will send you to a page to view all previously submitted progress reviews.
When someone submits a progress review, you can visualize the results by clicking on that certain progress review in the Progress tab. Opening that progress review will give you the following information:
1. Summary: Find the details of this progress review. If you have chosen a review with levels, you will find the spider graph with goal insights. If sub-goals have been included in the review, every goal with sub-goals has a graph which shows ratings per sub-goal at the bottom of the summary tab ('Sub-goal insights'
2. Goals: An overview of the selected goals and associated feedback. If you have chosen a review with levels, you will find a graph with average rating per role. Expanding the goal shows the sub-goals. Clicking the sub-goals shows the ratings per sub-goal.
3. Reviews: This will show a rubric of every individual evaluation.
Visualizing results of multiple progress reviews
With a spider graph, you can view the average rating per role, on a set of goals.
You can create a spider graph of the quantitative valuation on a set of goals. This spider graph can be created in the 'Progress' tab > 'Goal insights'. Click on 'table' icon to see the average rating per role per goal. Click the 'expand' icon to enlarge the spider graph. If a template has been imported, the template can be selected to show the progress on the goals in the template.
Note: sub-goals are not shown in this summary.
Results in a spider graph are based on a decaying average: the last result weighs 65% and the average of the previous results weighs 35%.

On the goal card, you can view the decaying average for progress reviews of sub-goals.
You can create a spider graph of the quantitative valuation on a set of sub-goals. This spider graph is shown on the goal card. Use the table and expand icons to see the exact values aggregated by role, and to enlarge the spider graph.
Visualizing results of multiple progress reviews regarding 1 goal
With a goal insights graph, you can view the exact rating per role, per goal over time.
You can view a goal insights graph in the goal summary card. Read more about this chart in this article.
You can deselect certain roles to 'clean up' the graph, by clicking the role name in the legend. Use the table and expand icons to get more details.
If the goal has sub-goals, you can view the sub-goal growth graphs underneath the graph of the main goal. The sub-goal rating have no connection to the main goal rating.
