New versions of evidence

This knowledge base will not be updated after 27 August. You can find the new knowledge base on: knowledgebase.portflow.app

The user can add new versions of evidence to visualize their progress in Portflow. More information about feedback on different versions of files can be found here.

Adding updated versions of evidence

1. Click on '+ new version' on the evidence page (1)

2. Select the newest version of the evidence

3. (Optional) provide a brief description of the changes

4. Click on 'add'

Feedback on new versions

Feedback received by the user on the various documents is marked with the version on which the feedback was given (2). This gives you quick insight into your progress. The dropdown menu next to 'comments' allows the user to ensure that only the comments on a particular version are visible.
