Delete evidence

It is possible to either remove evidence from the collection or delete evidence from the entire portfolio. Evidence is kept in the trash bin for up to 90 days.

Remove evidence in the collection

Evidence can be removed from a collection in two ways:

  • Within the collection
    1. Click on the three dots (⋮on the evidence card
    2. Click on 'remove from collection'
    3. Klik op 'OK'
  • At the ‘my evidence’ page
    1. Click on the cross (X) close to the title of the collection at the relevant piece of evidence.



Delete evidence from the portfolio

On the "my evidence" page a piece of evidence can be deleted from Portflow. 

1. To do this, click on the three dots (⋮next to the evidence you wish to remove. 

2. Click on 'move to trash bin'. This is only possible when this evidence is not assigned to a collection.


Note: If you delete a piece of evidence in its entirety from Portflow, you also delete the provided feedback.


Delete versions of evidence

You can delete versions of a piece of evidence by opening that version and follow the following steps:

1. Click on the thee dots (⋮) underneath the drop-down menu.

2. Click on 'move to trash bin'

3. Approve by clicking 'OK'



Restore evidence from trash bin

You can restore deleted evidence or versions from the trash bin. To do this, click on your profile photo, then select 'Trash bin'. Deleted evidence will stay in the trash bin for up to 90 days before being deleted forever.
