Log in as a student

Open Canvas or Brightspace and click on the Portflow logo in the navigation bar. You will now be automatically logged in and redirected to your portfolio!

Alumnus login

If you are no longer a student, your educational institution will often delete your Canvas or Brightspace account, preventing you from accessing your portfolio. To make sure you don't lose access, you can link an external login method. Once you graduate or leave the program for some other reason, you can use this method to still log in.

Link a new login method

1. Click on your avatar in the upper right corner of your portfolio
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Activate the service (Google, more to come soon) you would like to link to your account
4. Read the privacy policy and select "Accept" if you wish to continue
5. A new window opens where you can login to the selected login method
6. When successful, the toggle will be activated and you can safely close the window to return to Portflow

Should you wish to link multiple login methods, you can repeat this process.

Log in as an alumnus

1. Go to the login page here.
2. Click on the login method you have linked to your account earlier. (Find how to do so here)
   1. You can find the confirmation email from linking your account in your email to find out which method you have selected.
3. Choose the educational institution where you want to log in
4. You will now be redirected to your "My portfolio" page and are logged in successfully!
