Modified on Tue, 27 Aug at 12:05 PM

This knowledge base will not be updated after 27 August. You can find the new knowledge base on: knowledgebase.portflow.app

In Portflow, evidence can be added directly into a collection or later linked to a collection or goal.

Note: evidence should be linked to a collection to be visible to those who have access to the portfolio!

Linking evidence to collections

Evidence can be linked to collections in two ways: via the 'my evidence' page or directly in the collection.

  • Via 'my evidence'

On the 'my evidence' page evidence can be linked to one or more collections.

  1. Add new evidence and/or search for previously created evidence
  2. Click on '+ add to collection'
  3. Search & select the collection(s) from the drop-down menu
  4. Click on "add"

  • Via a collection
  1. Click on "+ add evidence"
  2. Click on "browse existing evidence"
  3. Find & select the evidence you would like to add to the collection
  4. Click on "add"

Linking evidence to goals

You can link evidence to a new or existing goal.

  • Evidence already in the collection
  1. Click on the three dots (⋮) on the evidence card

  2. Click 'add to goal'

  3. Select one or more goals within the collection to which you want to link the evidence

  4. Click on 'add to goal(s)'

  •  Evidence not yet in the collection
  • Click on the three dots (⋮) in the goal header within the collection

  • Click on "add evidence to goal"

  • Select new or existing evidence.

Tip! Via the three dots (⋮) it is possible to move or remove the goal from the collection (evidence will stay in the collection)

Link evidence to activity

You can add evidence to a new or existing activity.

  1. Create a new activity, provide a title, description and add to goals. Click 'save'
  2. Click on 'Add evidence' next to the activity title
  3. Choose an existing evidence or create a new evidence. Select 'add'. The evidence now takes on the details of the original activity.
  4. If you wish to remove the evidence from the activity, both the activity and the evidence remain, but are no longer associated with one another. You could add the evidence to the activity again if you wish.
