In Portflow, it is possible to generate a public URL for a locked copy of the portfolio. A public URL allows someone outside the LMS (Canvas) to view the locked copy of a Portfolio. This URL allows the portfolio to be submitted in assignments in other applications.

Generating an URL
- Make sure you created a locked copy of the portfolio
- Go to the 'my archive' page
- Click on the three dots (⋮) next to the locked version you would like to share.
- Click on 'generate shareable link'
- Click on 'showcase portfoliolink' or 'assessment link'
- Copy the URL (and password) of the portfolio to easily share this with assessors/others
- Click on 'OK'
As soon as the URL is generated, the icon colors blue. By clicking on the icon, the URL (and password) can be retrieved.
