TABLE OF CONTENTS

Do you offer custom made courses or plan custom course editions for specific customers? By using Eduframe's business portal it is possible to make these only available for ordering by organisations selected by you. This article explains how you can create and sell private courses for specific organisations.

Ordering private courses as key contact

The key contact of an organisation is able to see all private course editions available for ordering for this organisation, on the business portal of this organisation. From here, they can also create orders for these editions.

Note: the button 'Go to website' takes the key contact to your website (as configured here), for ordering publicly available products.

Configuration

For information on how to configure key contacts, read on here: Business portal (key contact)

Private course editions

This article assumes you have already created a course edition that you want to sell as a private course.

  1. Open the course edition you want to sell as a private course
  2. Set the 'availability' of the course edition to 'private'
  3. Select one or more organisations in the 'accounts' dropdown that appears
  4. Make sure the 'Published on website' checkbox is configured as 'off' (private course editions cannot be published on the website)
  5. Save

The course edition is now available for ordering in the business portal, by key contacts of the selected organisation.
