Progress tab and Goal cards

Insight into your goals

The 'progress' tab presents a summary of the goals (1). The status of the goals is visible and can be used as a filter (2). You can find in how many collections the goal is present, how many pieces of evidence are linked to the goal and how many subgoals belong to this goal  (3). This summary is also available to every visitor to the portfolio.

Using the three dots, it's possible to edit the goal, add subgoals or delete the goal (if it is not associated within a collection) (4). Uncollapsing the goal shows the underlying subgoals. You can add primary goals with the button on top (5)

On the progress page you can also quickly get insights in the current score of a set of goals, by selecting either a template or separate goals (6). Read more about the spider diagram here.

By clicking on a goal, a complete summary of the goal is opened.

The goal card without sub goals

By clicking a goal, you open the goal card. You land on the tab 'Summary' (1). Using the menu behind the three dots (⋮) (2) the name, description, and status of the goal can be changed. Using the toggle (3), you can view the original goal information (from template), or current goal information. You will see goal statistics (4): in which (and how many) collections is this goal linked, hoe many evidences are associate with the goal? As portfolio owner, you can edit the goal status (5), as a visitor you can only see the status. Down below you will see the goal description (6).

The 5 tabs provide different information:

Summary (1): A summary of the most important context of that goal, with statistics, description and status.

Evidence (7): Which evidences (and corresponding collections) are associated with a goal

Feedback (8): Narrative feedback that has been linked or associated with the goal. Read more about the feedback tab here.

Timeline (9): What 'happened' with this goal over time: for example if evidences are added to the goal, or the status has been updated. Read more about the goal timeline here.

Growth (10): A graph (over time) with quantitative evaluation in the progress reviews.

Goal card with sub goals

If sub goals were added to the goal, they will be shown on the goal card (11). You can uncollapse them and see their description. Using the three dots (12), you can edit the goals, delete them or change their order. You can add subgoals in multiple different ways. Read more about the possibilities here.
