At several places in Portflow, you can refer to a piece of evidence by typing @name of the evidence. You can do this for example in a description or reflection field, a comment, or free text evidence. With the created hyperlink, you can navigate to the mentioned evidence.
Note: You cannot mention a collection.
Caution! A visitor to your portfolio does not by default have access to the mentioned evidence. This is only possible if the evidence links to a shared collection with this person. |
