Create a snapshot of your portfolio

Modified on Tue, 27 Aug at 12:07 PM

This knowledge base will not be updated after 27 August. You can find the new knowledge base on: knowledgebase.portflow.app

To submit a portfolio for a (mid-term) assessment, you must first prepare a 'locked' version of your portfolio in Portflow. This means that a frozen copy is made of the elements you want to capture in that version of your portfolio.

A locked version of a portfolio can be submitted via Canvas or Brightspace or shared with a public URL.

Note! Preparing this version does not mean it is submitted, this is a separate action!

Locking a portfolio

  1. Click on 'Create a snapshot'
  2. Click on 'next' if you do not want to change your profile information. If you still want to change this information you can do so on the Portfolio home page
  3. Select which collections (incl. feedback and comments) you want to include in this snapshot.
  4. For each collection, select which evidence materials (incl. feedback and comments) you want to include.
  5. Add a name and description to this locked copy of the portfolio
  6. Click 'view your archive; to view all snapshots and take any follow-up steps.

Snapshots can no longer be edited and can be found in 'my archive'.

Accessing snapshots

Snapshots can be viewed in 'my archive'. These versions can no longer be edited. If you want to change something in a snapshot, you will have to save it again.
