The new export feature provides a simple and efficient way to download your portfolio evidence. With just a few clicks, you can now export all of your evidence files into a single ZIP file. This means you no longer have to bother downloading individual files in case you want to have your files outside Portflow. Simply export the ZIP file and keep it safe on your computer, or upload it to a cloud storage of your choice.
How do I export my Portfolio?
Exporting all your evidence files can be done for both your current (live) portfolio or a snapshot:
Exporting your current portfolio
- Go to the ‘My archive’ page
- Press the ‘Export portfolio’ button
- Wait for the export to be generated (this can take a few minutes)
- Open your notifications
- Press the ‘Download portfolio’ link
Exporting a snapshot version
- Go to the ‘My archive’ page
- Press the ‘3 dots’ next to the version you want to export
- Wait for the export to be generated (this can take a few minutes)
- Open your notifications
- Press the ‘Download portfolio’ link
Note: The time it takes to generate an export file depends on the number of files and their size |
