Sharing the portfolio

Modified on Mon, 31 Oct 2022 at 10:40 AM

You can provide a coach, teacher, fellow student, or external expert access to your portfolio. After sharing (part of) the portfolio, someone could provide feedback if necessary.

Sharing the portfolio is possible at two different levels.

Sharing the complete portfolio
If you share the complete portfolio, this person has access to the portfolio home page (including your description about yourself) and all collections, including evidence, goals, and feedback received. Evidence not associated with a collection is not shared and is only visible to you.

Sharing one or more separate collections

When sharing a collection with another user, all evidence, goals, and received feedback are visible to them.

Sharing the portfolio can be done with other Canvas users or an external user.

Note! It is always necessary to provide access to your portfolio before asking someone for feedback.
