Upload a new file

Modified on Tue, 27 Aug at 12:05 PM

This knowledge base will not be updated after 27 August. You can find the new knowledge base on: knowledgebase.portflow.app

New evidence can, among others, be created by uploading one or more files from the computer to the portfolio. This can be any filetype, but not every file type can be displayed in Portflow. This means that such a file type must be downloaded instead of viewing it via preview. There is a maximum file size of 500MB per file to upload, but it is strongly advised to compress media files before uploading them.

Uploading a new file

  1. Click '+ add evidence' in 'my evidence' or within a collection page (for detailed explanation on this, see Link to collection)
  2. Select 'file upload'
  3. Give your evidence a name (you can change this later)
  4. Choose one or more files to upload from your computer
  5. Click on 'add'

Security precautions

For security concerns, some file types are not allowed to be added to a portfolio. These types of files can present potential security issues.
