Location of forms settings
As an admin you can configure the settings in Eduframe. Click on your name and on settings to get to the settings overview (see image). You will see an overview of settings you can configure within Eduframe.
Click on Forms.
Configure Forms
On this page you can find multiple settings that are related to forms:
Registration form
On this tab you can find several settings for the registration form.
- Preselected account type: Choose the default setting for the registration form here. Customers can always change the type on the registration form themselves.
- Sign up contact info
To view the registration form of a course edition or program edition and copy the URL from the product:
Make sure you place this URL in an incognito browser or when you are not logged in as an admin
Make sure the course is published (switch "published on website" is on)
Make sure the course is active or planned and not closed or cancelled.

Custom fields
On this tab you can manage all your custom fields related to a contact, organization or product.
Where will the custom fields be placed?
- If you link it to a contact:
the custom field will be visible on the contact form beneath the default fields such as First name, Middle name, Surname, and Email. These default fields cannot be changed or deleted. - If you link it to a teacher:
the custom field will be visible on the teacher contact form beneath the default fields such as First name, Middle name, Surname, and Email. These default fields cannot be changed or deleted. - If you link it to an organization:
the custom field will be visible on the organization form beneath the default fields such as First name, Middle name, Surname, and Email. These default fields cannot be changed or deleted. - If you link it to a product:
the custom field will be visible on a Course/Program template as part of the Course features section. - If you link it to an edition:
the custom field will be visible on a Course edition/Program edition. - If you link it to an order:
the custom field will be visible on the order.
How to add a custom field?
- Click on Add field
- Linked to: Choose whether you want to link the custom field to a contact, organization, product, order, teacher or edition.
If you select Contact:
the custom field will be visible in step 2 "your details" on the sign up form. This means an order contact should fill in this custom field.
If you select Student:
the custom field will be visible in step 3 "participant detail" on the sign up form. This means all the participants should fill in this custom field (if you want to enrol multiple participants through an organization).
If you select Organization, Order or Product:
Here will appear a new tab: custom field. You can reuse a custom field that you already created.
- Custom field: You can submit your custom field as one of these optional system fields. When one of these options is chosen the field will also be returned in the API as a normal property. When left blank, it will be returned as a custom field.
- Field type: Select which field type your custom field should be. You can choose out of:
- Checkbox
- Date
- Number
- Phonenumber
- Selection list
- Selection list wilt multiple answer
- Text box
- Text field with multiple lines
- VAT number
- Name field: Choose a name for the custom field
- Required on signup: Choose whether you want to make the custom field mandatory on signup (it will not be mandatory when creating contacts in Eduframe).
- Selection list options: If you selected a selection list as field type, fill in the selection list options.
When adding a custom field linked to 'Order' the only field configuration allowed is as follows: 'Custom field' = 'reference', 'Field type' = 'Text box'
Student numbers
Choose whether you want to enable participant/student numbers for each contact.
The participant/student number will be visible on the contact form.
