Organizations

An Organization represents your B2B (Business-to-Business) customers. While a "Student" is an individual taking a course, an "Organization" is the legal entity (company, NGO, or government body) that those students belong to. Think of it as a container that groups students, handles their bills, and manages their corporate training path.

Organizations can have multiple contacts and a contact can be linked to multiple organizations. You can also choose one or multiple key contacts within an organization who will be able to see all information of all contacts within that specific organization by having access to the business portal.

In the organization tab you can see the names of the organizations and the number of users connected to this organization. Next to that you will also see the key contact user connected to this organization.
