Respond to a Progress Review Request

Modified on Tue, 27 Aug at 12:06 PM

This knowledge base will not be updated after 27 August. You can find the new knowledge base on: knowledgebase.portflow.app

If you are invited to be a reviewer for a progress review, you will receive a notification in Portflow. It’s up to you to either accept or deny the invitation. If you decide to accept the invitation, you can start the review right away from the notification.

Alternatively, you can navigate to the ‘My access & requests’ page, subtab 'Progress reviews'. On this page you can find an overview of all the progress reviews you have received an invitation for. Click on the name of any of the progress review you haven't started (in blue), to start reviewing or click on the tree dots to deny the invitation.

Once you enter the review mode, you can use the screen at the bottom right to write your review. You will be asked to leave feedback and insights for each goal (and sub-goal). In addition, you can also provide general feedback. If the progress review requester has opted for a level-based progress review, you will be tasked with scoring each goal (and sub-goal).

The evaluation on main and sub-goals can be filled in separately. They have no connection to one another.

It's not necessary to score each goal (and sub-goal), you can also leave them empty. If you have accidentally given a score, you can undo that score by re-clicking it.

Tip: You can click on the goal icons to see the full description of this goal. The goal card will pop up to provide you more information about the goal. This is not possible for sub-goals, but clicking the goal will provide you information about both the goal and sub-goal.

NOTE! Your progress for each review will be auto-saved, you can leave the review mode anytime without losing your input. Until you submit the review, you kan keep editing the review. After submitting, it's not possible to edit the review anymore.

Once you are done with your review, click on the ‘Submit review’ button. You will see a confirmation screen in case you want to return to the review mode. If you are truly done, you can check your role (from which capacity you are reviewing) and click on ‘Submit review’.

You will leave the review mode and enter the regular shared view of the person you have just reviewed. This person will receive a notification of your submitted review shortly.
