Access StudyCoach via the global navigation menu
As a (sub-account) manager, department coach, coach, teacher and student, you can go to StudyCoach via the global navigation menu. You will then land on your dashboard. This dashboard looks different for each role:
- As (sub-)account manager you will see an overview of all students in your (sub-)account.
- As department coach you will see an overview of all students in your (sub)account.
- As coach you will see an overview of all students you coach.
- As teacher you will see an overview of the courses you teach.
- As student you will see an overview of the behavioral indicators and the notes at program level.
✨ Tip: Are you a teacher, but also a coach, department coach and/or (sub-account) manager? Then you will see StudyCoach from your role as teacher when accessing from the course navigation menu. In the global navigation menu you will see your dashboard from the role that was specifically created for StudyCoach, for example coach, department coach and/or (sub-account)manager. Access StudyCoach via the course navigation menu
You can also access StudyCoach as a coach with an observer role, as a teacher, and as a student through the course navigation menu in a particular Canvas course. This can be useful in the following situations:
- As a teacher, you want to send a message to the student's coach during class to provide feedback on the student's work attitude.
- As a student, you want to send a message to the mentor in the context of a particular course.
- As a coach, you want to study learning behaviors within the course.
✨ Tip: Is StudyCoach not yet listed in your course navigation menu? Then take the following steps as a teacher. Navigate to 'Settings' in the course navigation menu, and go to the 'Navigation' tab. Drag StudyCoach up to order it in the course navigation. Don't forget to click 'Save'. |
