Release notes Portflow 2023.02.4

Release: February 27, 2023

In this release we've added a couple of new features, improvements and bug fixes.

• Added: Request for access - No more hoping someone will (remember to) give you access to their portfolio. Now it is possible to request for access to someone else's portfolio. To request access, go to 'My access & requests' and click the blue 'request access' button on the top right. You can also find an overview of all your received access requests in the new sub-tab on that page as well.
  This feature will be rolled out in waves, please contact support if you want to be amongst the first.
• Added: Playable video and audio - Uploaded audio and video files can now be direclty played from within the portfolio. Most filetypes are supported, but the browser/os combination may prevent some filetypes from rendering. See the knowledge base article.
• Added: Customized intitution branding - Make your portfolio match your institution's branding by customizing the main logo in the top-left of the app (in the menu bar) and by setting a customized default banner image that will be applied to all portfolio homepages without a custom set banner by the user.
  This feature will be rolled out in batches, please contact support if you want to be amongst the first.
• Improved: Share your portfolio with multiple users at once - You can now share your portfolio with multiple users at the same time, making the process of sharing with a group of fellow users more efficient.
  
• Improved: Request feedback from multiple users at once - When asking for feedback via a 'Feedback request' in an evidence or collection, it is now possible to select multiple users to ask for feedback.
• Fixed: You were able to share a portfolio with yourself. We now have removed this inception.

N.b. releases 2023.02.1-3 were minor maintenance releases.
