Manage access

By clicking on 'shared with:' in the overview on your Portflow home page or in a collection, you will see a list of people with whom you have shared the portfolio or collection. You will see the following:

• If this person has not yet accepted the invitation, 'pending' will appear here (1)

• The date when this person's access is automatically revoked. There is also the option to extend this period (2)

• The possibility to revoke access. To do this, click on 'revoke' (3)

When someone refuses the invitation or access to a person is expired, they disappear from the list
